I have recently responded to job vacancies as a pub manager and have recieved a couple of application forms to be completed .I have been in a managerial position for the last 20 years but never in a pub enviroment.I am therefoe looking for some answers to two questions on the application forms .Both companies are large operations with a total of 800 pubs between them and are very profitable operations.My wife and I are both in our late fiftiesand we realise that we will have strong competition in who applies for these positions I am looking for some really good answers to put down onto our applications.I am hoping that someone out there can give us knock out answers to these questions as we are really desperate to win on either one of these positions.Questions are 1.why do you want to work for this company 2.why do you want to be a pub manager.I hope somebody out there can give us the wow answers we need,
