Dear Debbs,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this question.
This depends on company policy. Some companies extend benefits to employees working as little as 22 hours a week.
Some companies set the benefits at 32 hours per week. While other require 40 hours per week for permanent full time employees.
However, if the employer has a benefit plan, it would be available to all permanent full time employees who work 40 hours per week.
If you tell me your companies name and your city and state, I can find out what the company policy is.
YOUR PAYMENT AND BONUS IF ANY MAY BE TAX DEDUCTIBLE
