im 21 and am in charge of the complete heaveside of a builders merchant!i get customers 24/7 (mobile num that i should never of given out!) calling me with techinacal info! an general sales advise/info such as deliveries.which to be hoest is getting the best of me.i know relaxation techniques but nothing seems to help!im kind of stressed with the demand that i have and dont know how to cope with everything.sometimes i wish i could breakdown and start again,just my pride keeping me there an doing everything.any help please?plus i have nvq's any many things such as management courses (shouldnt complain, due to thats where i want to be!) but all at one time is a bit much!any thing that can help me to control everything and keep me calm and collect?please?
