I just graduated with a Communication Design Degree. In the past months I can't even get a file clerk job. I have two adjudication blemishes on my record. Both are theft by check. In other words bounce checks that I did not get convicted for. I also borrowed 75,000 for college. Employers can see this for 15.00 on the web. I find this to be a breach of privacy. I returned to school at 30 to turn my life around. Now, I can't even get a job to save my life. HELP! How do I protect myself?
