My review was due December 2005. When I asked my supervisor and my manager about my review, they said that it had been already submitted to the human resources department, in December. Later, when asked again, human resources department said that she hasn't had time to analyze the reviews . My case is not the only one on hold, several other reviews for other co-workers are also pending since Dcember 2005 or prior. When asked about retro pay , they declined and said that the review would be effective on the date that the document is approved and signed. Meaning, that my next review would would not be due this December and therefore, a year from the date she decides to sign them.
Several employees are also being harrassed, pressured, and threatened by supervisors and especially by human resources.
Before i progress, what do you recommend or suggest that I and my co-workers do, and how should I approach this situation?
