I work at Krogers and I am in the middle of trying to get head dairy manager. But for some odd reason the Store Manager says get a hair cut. I am afraid that I wont get it because I dont want to cut my hair and I am a guy but I want to have my hair long. Nothing in the rules say anything about hair at all. Does he have the authority to tell me to cut my hair if it doesnt say anything in the rules or regulations? And he cant hold that against me trying to get this job can he?
