what do you do if you are on disability and your company is adding intention infliction of emotional distress to you while off work. With threats of firing, and job abandonment, and they even wanted me to get a release from my doctor to return to work when they said. They have been givig my dr and i a very very hrd time and just making things way more difficult for me than they should and i believe it is planned. I know when I do go back to work they will probablu fire me, for any little thing. How far can a company send you to work if they have filled your position and does seniority have anything to do with it? I work 5 minutes away and they wanted to send me to work at this tore 1 hour away and another in York Pa and another in Exton that is down near Philadelphia. Theu are crazy. There has to be a traveling rule in place I cannot drive that far to work. I have been there 5 and half years I think a newer employee should be sent to another location or let go, What are the legal problems with this.
